Rates & Policies

Rhema Visions Inc., Terms and conditions:
Billing of studio time begins at the exact time booked regardless of late arrival. Overtime if available, is at the same hourly rate. Reservation of studio time will be confirmed upon receipt of purchase order from record label, company, artist, manager or deposit equal to 50% of the estimated studio charges for the project. Clients will pay all of Rhema Visions Inc., Attorney fees associated with financial collection process. No recording tapes or disc in Rhema Visions possession shall be released to clients until all open accounts have been settled and all checks rendered as payment have cleared Rhema Visions account.

Cancellations:
Cancellation or rescheduling of block bookings and lockout time must occur at least (5) days in advance of the first session start time or client will be charged 50% of the scheduled time. All other studio time must be cancelled 24 hours in advance of the session start time or client will be charged for time booked. Rhema Visions has the right to retain all deposits if studio time is not cancelled within the time frame stated above. Studio time that is “on hold” will only be held for 48 hours. Upon request, free studio time (30 minutes max) will be allowed for load-in. (Music Equipment etc. For session)

Project Storage:
Rhema Visions will store projects for a period of thirty (30) days after completion of project. Long term storage is available.
